濕式磁選機(jī)是常用的鐵礦設(shè)備（鐵礦磁選機(jī)）和錳礦設(shè)備（錳礦磁選機(jī)），是主流的強(qiáng)磁選機(jī)選礦設(shè)備。

濕式磁選機(jī)適用于粒度3mm以下的磁鐵礦、磁黃鐵礦、焙燒礦、鈦鐵礦等物料的濕式磁選，也用于煤、非金屬礦、建材等物料的除鐵作業(yè)。

濕式磁選機(jī)的磁系，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鐵氧體材料或與稀土磁鋼復(fù)合而成，筒表平均磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度為100~600mT。根據(jù)用戶需要，可提供順流、半逆流、逆流型等多種不同表強(qiáng)的磁選。本磁選機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、處理量大、操作方便、易于維護(hù)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

該磁選工藝選礦設(shè)備是將礦石細(xì)碎至5mm或3mm以下，然后用永磁中場(chǎng)強(qiáng)磁選機(jī)進(jìn)行濕式磁選機(jī)磁選拋尾。本工藝對(duì)于節(jié)能降耗、有效利用極貧鐵礦石和提高較終鐵精礦質(zhì)量具有特別重要的意義。

濕式磁選機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)：

    濕式永磁筒式磁選機(jī)主要由圓筒、輥筒、刷輥、磁系、槽體、傳動(dòng)部分組成。圓筒由2-3mm不銹鋼卷焊成筒，端為鑄鋁件或工件，用不銹鋼螺釘和筒相連。

    錳礦、褐鐵礦、赤鐵礦、針鐵礦、菱鐵礦、鉻鐵礦、鈮鉭鐵礦、鈦鈰鐵礦、獨(dú)居石、硫錳礦、硬錳礦、軟錳礦、菱錳礦、黑鎢礦、鈦鐵金紅石、鐵英巖礦、磷灰石、磷釔礦、橄欖石、硫銅鍺礦、鐵白云石、氟碳鈰鑭礦、黑云母、綠簾石、石榴石、鈳釔礦、蛇紋石及非金屬的除鐵等。經(jīng)過本濕式磁選機(jī)分選后，一般可提高10%~30%個(gè)品位。
